Account Management Lead

About the role

The Account Management Lead will drive client and partner relationships, develop strategic plans for member acquisition, and oversee brand campaigns to achieve sales and awareness targets. You will work closely with SBUs, analysts, and cross‑functional teams to deliver data‑driven insights and ensure successful execution of promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with SBUs, brands, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and create action plans with each SBU.
• Design and implement strategic plans for new member acquisition and retention.
• Execute brand promotions and campaigns, ensuring goals are met.
• Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and provide projections for future initiatives.
• Collaborate with web operations, creative, ads, social media, and EDM teams to launch integrated campaigns.
• Lead and motivate cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, sales or marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with proven ability to set goals and develop plans.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data and making decisions.
• Experience crafting marketing and communication messages.
• Proficient in planning, organizing and coordinating resources.
