About the role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join KG Media, a division of Kompas Gramedia, based in West Jakarta. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, understanding their needs, and delivering digital marketing campaigns that meet defined KPIs.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective clients for digital advertising opportunities.
- Analyse market and digital trends to shape client strategies.
- Develop and present strategic plans based on client briefs.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure campaign delivery aligns with KPI targets.
- Monitor ongoing campaigns and report performance against agreed metrics.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience as an Account Executive, preferably in online media.
- Proven ability to prospect and build relationships with clients or advertising agencies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of current advertising, digital programming and media trends.
