About the role

The Agency Account Executive will build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, drive new business acquisition, and oversee the execution of digital campaigns that meet client KPIs. This role sits at the intersection of sales and digital strategy within an advertising environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for the agency.
• Understand client needs and translate them into digital strategic plans.
• Collaborate with the strategic team to design and launch social and digital campaigns aligned with client KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate regular reports, and provide analysis and recommendations.
• Stay updated on digital media technology trends and incorporate insights into client solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within an advertising agency.
• Experience handling out‑of‑home (OOH) advertising is a plus.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients and build strong networks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of current advertising industry trends, including OOH.
