About the role

The Account Executive will drive advertising sales for Pasangiklan.com, focusing on small and medium‑size enterprises in Jakarta. You will build new client relationships, nurture existing accounts, and ensure campaign delivery aligns with client objectives.

Key responsibilities

Prospect and canvass SME clients to generate new advertising business.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Develop strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Coordinate advertising placements and related events for clients.
Prepare and deliver campaign performance reports.
Provide weekly updates on sales pipeline and target achievement.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in sales or as an Account Executive.
Strong networking and negotiation abilities.
Proven capability to design and execute sales/marketing programs.
Excellent multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines.
