About the role
The Group Leader Plant & Maintenance will oversee the maintenance activities of a mining unit, ensuring the plant operates safely and efficiently. This position coordinates the maintenance team, guarantees operational readiness, and reports on unit performance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance activities of the plant unit.
- Coordinate and lead the maintenance team to achieve scheduled tasks.
- Ensure the unit is ready for operation at all times.
- Monitor compliance with safety procedures and work standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on unit condition and maintenance work.
Required profile
- Male candidate.
- Minimum education: vocational high school (SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance leadership role.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
- Valid Class A driving license.
- Possession of a POP certification.
