About the role
The Drafter & Estimator will support the design and cost estimation process for prefabricated and modular building projects. The role combines drafting, design development and preparation of Bill of Materials, ensuring accurate technical documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Produce 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD for architectural, civil and industrial projects.
- Prepare cost estimates and Bill of Materials from design concepts to final specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure design integrity and compliance with project standards.
Required profile
- Minimum D3 degree in Technical Engineering (Architectural, Civil or Industrial).
- At least 2 years experience as a junior architect or design engineer in construction, building materials or roofing & wall cladding.
- Good understanding of design architecture and cost estimation.
- Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
Required skills
- AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
- Microsoft Office suite.
- Microsoft Project.
- Proficiency with email and internet applications for project coordination.
