Division Sales Leader – Automotive Aftermarket

About the role

The Division Sales Leader for the Automotive Aftermarket Division will drive sales strategy, commercial execution and channel development across Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore. Reporting to the SEA Regional Division Sales Leader, the role requires regional travel and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, market share and profitability targets across four countries.
• Lead channel management, evaluating effectiveness, expanding coverage and strengthening relationships with dealers, workshops, retailers and fleet customers.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, negotiate commercial terms and ensure alignment with growth objectives.
• Coach and develop multi‑country sales teams, set performance objectives and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Manage sales budgets, pricing, forecasting and promotional spending while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• Significant sales leadership experience in automotive aftermarket or B2B channel‑driven businesses.
• Proven track record managing multi‑country sales operations in Southeast Asia.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.
