About the role

Act as the primary liaison between business users and development teams to translate business needs into technical requirements, while leading end‑to‑end analysis of production incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical requirements as the main liaison between users and developers.
• Lead end‑to‑end analysis of production incidents, from impact assessment to coordination with developers for resolution and business continuity.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis on application issues by examining data trends, logs, and system behavior.
• Write and run PL/SQL queries for data mapping, gap analysis, and validation of data integrity for reporting.
• Bridge business requirements with Java‑based application components to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor system health and application performance to proactively identify business risks.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release activities to ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Document Business Requirement Documents (BRD), functional specifications, incident reports, and technical procedures.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to prioritize issues and meet SLA timelines.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Application Support Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Hands‑on experience with PL/SQL and a solid understanding of Java concepts.
• Core banking knowledge of products, workflows, and processes (must).
• Experience with Flexcube (strong plus).
• Experience in EOD/BOD batch processing analysis and monitoring (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, incident‑driven environment with tight deadlines.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to Jakarta and join immediately.
