About the role
The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) is seeking an Administrative Intern to support its Liaison Office in Jakarta. The internship lasts three months, with a possible extension, and the intern will work under the guidance of a Humanitarian Affairs Analyst.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of UN agency funds and programmes related to the ASEAN‑UN Joint Strategic Plan of Action on Disaster Management.
- Provide administrative support for technical expertise and capacity‑building activities on anticipatory action and humanitarian coordination.
- Support the preparation of reports, briefing notes, and documentation for meetings with ASEAN partners.
Required profile
- Enrolled in the final year of a bachelor’s programme, a graduate programme, or a recent graduate (2025‑2026).
- Must be able to cover travel, visa, accommodation and living expenses for the internship period.
