Team Leader – PASTI Papua Project

About the role

The Partnership to Accelerate Stunting Reduction in Indonesia (PASTI) Papua Project seeks a dynamic Team Leader to drive project implementation, coordinate with government and development partners, and ensure effective use of resources to reduce stunting in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall project management, including planning, monitoring, and reporting to donors and partners.
• Coordinate with sub‑national government units, NGOs, and other stakeholders to align activities with the national stunting reduction strategy.
• Develop and revise work plans and budgets at the regency level based on monitoring data and community feedback.
• Prepare program budgets, secure donor approvals, and monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Oversee supply‑chain and procurement processes in line with organizational SOPs.
• Facilitate capacity‑building activities for project staff and local CSOs, promoting a learning‑oriented culture.
• Engage key partners to maximize program impact and ensure timely achievement of performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading development or health‑related projects, preferably in Indonesia.
• Strong understanding of stunting reduction strategies and national health action plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in remote locations and travel within Papua as needed.
