Sponsorship in Programming Coordinator (Timor Perbatasan)

About the role

The Sponsorship in Programming (SIP) Coordinator will lead the integration of child and community sponsorship programmes at the cluster level for World Vision Indonesia. Working closely with the National Office, Zonal Office and Area Programs, the role ensures compliance with sponsorship requirements and maximises the use of sponsorship data to guide programme decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate integration of Child Sponsorship and Community Sponsorship across the cluster, liaising with national, zonal and area teams.
• Facilitate cross‑functional data triangulation and use of sponsorship information for programme planning and child‑well‑being initiatives.
• Develop compelling, integrated sponsorship stories that combine authentic child perspectives with evidence of impact.
• Support sponsor engagement by linking sponsorship activities with child participation, life‑skills development, advocacy and community‑led protection initiatives.
• Ensure implementation of World Vision global standards and digital platform revitalisation for sponsorship.
• Provide capacity‑building and facilitation to strengthen staff and stakeholder understanding of sponsorship excellence.

Required profile

• Strong facilitation, coordination and influencing abilities.
• Experience working in multi‑stakeholder environments, preferably in humanitarian or development contexts.
• Ability to analyse and present data to inform programme decisions.
• Commitment to World Vision’s Christian‑based values and child‑centred approach.
