Sponsorship in Programming Coordinator (Nias)

About the role

World Vision is seeking a Sponsorship in Programming (SIP) Coordinator to lead the integration of child and community sponsorship initiatives within its Nias cluster. The role will support the delivery of high‑quality sponsorship stories and data‑driven program decisions across Area Programs in Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the integration of Child Sponsorship and Community Sponsorship programming at the cluster level.
• Lead collaboration with the National Office, Zonal Office, Area Programs, partner organisations and internal functions to ensure compliance with Sponsorship in Programming requirements.
• Facilitate cross‑functional data triangulation and use sponsorship data to inform child‑well‑being decisions.
• Develop compelling, integrated sponsorship narratives that combine authentic child perspectives with evidence of impact.
• Support sponsor engagement by linking sponsorship activities with child participation, life‑skills development, advocacy and community‑led protection initiatives.
• Report to the Sponsorship in Programming Lead and ensure alignment with World Vision global standards and digital platform strategies.

Required profile

• Experience in programme coordination, preferably within a humanitarian or child‑focused nonprofit environment.
• Strong facilitation, coordination and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across national, zonal and area levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in data management and reporting.
• Competence in developing narrative content for sponsorship communications.
