Sponsorship in Programming Coordinator (Lombok)

About the role

World Vision is seeking a Sponsorship in Programming Coordinator for its Lombok cluster. The role will ensure the integration of child and community sponsorship programmes across area programs, supporting sponsor engagement and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the integration of Child Sponsorship and Community Sponsorship at the cluster level, aligning with national and zonal offices.
• Collaborate with Area Programs, partner organisations and internal functions to ensure compliance with Sponsorship in Programming requirements.
• Facilitate cross‑functional data triangulation to inform programme decisions that enhance child well‑being and participation.
• Develop and support compelling sponsorship stories that combine authentic child perspectives with evidence of impact.
• Support capacity‑building initiatives for staff and stakeholders on World Vision sponsorship standards and digital platforms.
• Report to the Sponsorship in Programming Lead and contribute to global sponsor retention and acquisition efforts.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating multi‑stakeholder programmes in a humanitarian or development context.
• Strong facilitation, coordination and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work with data to produce actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for developing sponsorship narratives.
• Willingness to travel within the Lombok cluster as needed.
