Sponsorship in Programming Coordinator (Khatulistiwa)

About the role

The Sponsorship in Programming (SIP) Coordinator ensures the integration of child and community sponsorship programmes at the cluster level for World Vision Indonesia. Reporting to the Sponsorship in Programming Lead, the role works across national, zonal and area offices to align sponsorship data, stories and activities with organisational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the National Office, Zonal Office and Area Programs to implement Sponsorship Integration requirements.
• Facilitate cross‑functional data triangulation and use of sponsorship data for programmatic decision‑making.
• Develop compelling sponsorship stories that combine child perspectives with evidence of impact.
• Support sponsor engagement by linking sponsorship activities with child participation, life‑skills development and community protection initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with World Vision global standards and digital platform guidelines.
• Provide capacity‑building and facilitation to strengthen staff understanding of sponsorship excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in programme coordination or sponsorship management within the humanitarian or non‑profit sector.
• Strong facilitation, coordination and influencing abilities.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating integrated sponsorship narratives.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across regions.
