Sponsorship in Programming Coordinator (Bengkayang)

About the role

The Sponsorship in Programming (SIP) Coordinator ensures that child and community sponsorship programmes are fully integrated at the cluster level in Indonesia. Reporting to the SIP Lead, the role works closely with the National and Zonal Offices, Area Programs and partner organisations to align data, stories and activities with World Vision’s global sponsorship standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate integration of Child Sponsorship and Community Sponsorship essentials across the cluster.
• Lead liaison with the National Office, Zonal Office and Area Programs to ensure compliance with sponsorship requirements.
• Facilitate cross‑functional data triangulation and use insights to guide programmatic decisions.
• Develop compelling, evidence‑based sponsorship stories that combine child perspectives with measurable impact.
• Support sponsor engagement by linking sponsorship activities with child participation, life‑skills development, advocacy and community‑led protection initiatives.
• Contribute to global sponsor retention and acquisition through high‑quality data and information management.

Required profile

• Strong facilitation, coordination and influencing abilities.
• Experience in programme integration, stakeholder management and capacity building.
• Understanding of child protection, participation and community‑based development principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple offices and partner organisations.
