Program Coordinator – Timor Tengah Selatan

About the role

World Vision is seeking a Program Coordinator to strengthen the well‑being of children and families in Timor Tengah Selatan. The role focuses on implementing the ADP Plan/Program Design, ensuring high‑quality monitoring, reporting and compliance with partnership standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop SOP and IPF annual plans in line with organisational standards.
• Design and execute strategies for ADP‑level program implementation to meet donor and government requirements.
• Support data and information management for strategy development and planning.
• Facilitate the completion of Program Quality Self Review (PQSR).
• Collaborate with the ADP Manager to identify funding gaps and propose budget allocations.
• Ensure cost‑effective and efficient use of resources.
• Adapt national training materials for the ADP cycle and provide technical advice to partners and community volunteers.
• Assess and build capacity of ADP staff, local partners and volunteers.
• Serve as a resource on SOP and IPF issues at the ADP level.

Required profile

• Experience in program coordination within an NGO or child‑sponsorship context.
• Strong understanding of monitoring, reporting and partnership standards (SOP, IPF, SSO).
• Ability to work collaboratively with partners, donors and government agencies.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
