Program Coordinator – Ende

About the role

The Program Coordinator will support the implementation of the ADP (Child Sponsorship) plan in Ende, ensuring high‑quality monitoring, reporting, and compliance with partnership standards. This role contributes to the well‑being of vulnerable children and families while supporting emergency readiness and response.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update SOP and IPF annual plans in line with organizational and donor standards.
• Design and execute program strategies at the ADP level, aligning with government policies.
• Facilitate completion of Program Quality Self Review (PQSR) and ensure documentation meets SOP & IPF criteria.
• Collaborate with the ADP Manager to identify funding gaps and propose budget allocations for target areas.
• Support resource acquisition, ensuring cost‑effective use of funds.
• Provide technical advice and capacity‑building to ADP staff, local partners, and community volunteers.
• Assist in establishing community‑based child monitoring and protection systems.
• Serve as a subject‑matter resource on SOP and IPF issues.

Required profile

• Experience in program coordination or management within child‑focused development or humanitarian contexts.
• Strong understanding of partnership standards, SOP, and IPF processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with local partners, volunteers, and donors.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Flexibility to support emergency response activities when needed.
