Program Coordinator – Child Development Programs

About the role

The Program Coordinator will support World Vision’s mission to improve the well‑being of vulnerable children and their families in Manggarai Raya. Working closely with partners, you will implement the ADP Plan, ensure high‑quality monitoring and reporting, and contribute to the organization’s transformational development, advocacy, and emergency response efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update SOPs and IPF annual plans in line with organizational standards and donor requirements.
• Design and execute program strategies at the ADP level, ensuring compliance with government policies.
• Collaborate with the ADP Manager to identify funding gaps and propose budget allocations for target areas.
• Provide technical advice and capacity‑building support to ADP teams, local partners, and community volunteers.
• Facilitate the completion of Program Quality Self Review (PQSR) and support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Assist in emergency preparedness and response, ensuring coordinated delivery of assistance.

Required profile

• Experience in program coordination, monitoring, and reporting within the non‑profit sector.
• Strong understanding of child sponsorship models, community‑based monitoring, and protection systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse partners and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SOP and IPF frameworks.
• Experience with program budgeting and resource allocation.
• Capacity‑building and training facilitation.
• Data analysis for program quality assessment.
