Program Coordinator – Biak

About the role

The Program Coordinator will support World Vision’s mission to improve the well‑being of vulnerable children and families in Biak. Working closely with partners, the coordinator ensures that the ADP (Alternative Development Program) plan is implemented, monitored, and reported in line with partnership standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update SOP and IPF annual plans, aligning them with donor, government, and organizational standards.
• Facilitate the completion of Program Quality Self Review (PQSR) and ensure documentation meets accountability requirements.
• Collaborate with the ADP Manager to identify funding gaps and propose budget allocations for target areas.
• Provide technical advice and capacity‑building support to local partners, volunteers, and field staff on community‑based monitoring, protection systems, and participation skills.
• Support emergency readiness and response activities, ensuring coordinated delivery of assistance.

Required profile

• Experience in program coordination or management within a non‑profit or development context.
• Strong understanding of SOP, IPF, and partnership standards.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including donors, government agencies, and community volunteers.
• Excellent documentation, monitoring, and reporting skills.
