Industry Manager, ASEAN

About the role

The Industry Manager, ASEAN will lead the sales strategy and business growth for the Dispersion Business Unit across the ASEAN sub‑region. Based in Jakarta, you will be responsible for expanding market share, managing key accounts and ensuring profitability in a highly competitive chemical market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sub‑regional sales strategies to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends and customer needs.
• Lead, coach and manage country sales teams, set KPIs and monitor performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, forecasts and reporting.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, marketing and supply‑chain functions.
• Foster a high‑performance culture and drive talent development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• 10–15 years of sales and business development experience in the chemical industry.
• Proven track record in multinational environments.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning and execution capabilities.
