Branding Communications Executive

About the role

The Branding Communications Executive will create and manage compelling content that showcases the impact of our development and emergency programmes. Working within a global non‑profit, you will help amplify stories of vulnerable children and communities, ensuring they reach both local and international audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop articles, stories, photos, captions and video scripts that highlight programme outcomes.
• Plan and execute an annual work plan for storytelling and branding materials.
• Produce and review content for offline and online communication channels, including reports, designs and videos.
• Support emergency response communications with timely updates and disaster‑related content.
• Provide briefings or scripts for design and video production and ensure compliance with grant, corporate and acquisition requirements.
• Assist in capacity‑building activities to align branding with safeguarding and other organisational policies.
• Maintain bilingual (English/Indonesian) articles to increase visibility of project impact.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in communications, content creation or storytelling within a development or humanitarian context.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, especially during emergency response situations.
• Strong editorial eye for reviewing publications, reports and multimedia materials.
• Willingness to collaborate with regional offices, global centres and other departments.
