Digital Media Designer

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Digital Media Designer to lead creative production for our commercial engine while also contributing to product design as needed. The role is primarily focused on marketing and sales assets, with a smaller portion dedicated to UI/UX work.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit video content, motion graphics, and campaign assets for paid ads, landing pages, blogs, and social channels.
• Design sales‑facing materials such as pitch decks, presentations, one‑pagers and other deal‑support collateral.
• Maintain the marketing design system and style guide to ensure visual consistency.
• Collaborate with growth, content and sales teams to turn briefs into final assets on tight timelines.
• Support UI/UX tasks including wireframes, mockups and prototypes for admin dashboards, web and app surfaces.
• Contribute to and maintain design tokens and components in Figma, aligning product and marketing systems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a digital/media designer, product designer or a mix of both, with a portfolio that demonstrates marketing/brand creative and UI/UX work.
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast‑moving environment without a large design team.
• Strong written and verbal English for a remote, distributed team.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
• Figma – Auto Layout, Components, Variants.
• AI generation tools such as Midjourney, Veo, Adobe Firefly for visual and video production.
• AI‑assisted design tools like Figma AI or similar copilots.
• Collaboration tools – Jira, Confluence, Miro.
