About the role
We are looking for a baker to join our food-and-beverage ingredient company in Surabaya. The role combines hands-on baking, product trial creation and live communication on social media.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect the quality of raw materials and finished products.
- Develop trial products and act as product communicator.
- Conduct live sessions on Instagram and YouTube to showcase products.
- Organise and perform baking demonstrations.
Required profile
- Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in culinary or food & beverage studies.
- At least one year of experience in a similar baking role.
- Strong interest in creating trial products and meeting targets.
- Creative, team-oriented and willing to work outside the city when needed.
