Program Coordinator – North Jakarta

About the role

The Program Coordinator will support Wahana Visi Indonesia’s mission to improve the well‑being of vulnerable children and their families in North Jakarta. Working closely with the ADP Manager and local partners, you will oversee the design, implementation and monitoring of the ADP program to ensure compliance with organisational standards and donor requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update SOPs and IPF annual plans for the ADP program in line with organisational and donor standards.
• Lead the preparation of the Program Quality Self Review (PQSR) and ensure accurate monitoring, reporting and documentation.
• Identify funding gaps, propose budgets and support resource mobilisation to meet programme needs.
• Provide technical guidance and capacity‑building to field staff, local partners and community volunteers on programme implementation, child participation and protection systems.
• Support emergency preparedness and response activities, ensuring timely and accountable delivery of assistance.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in programme coordination or management within an NGO or humanitarian setting.
• Strong understanding of child protection, community‑based monitoring and donor compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑changing environment.
