Program Coordinator – Nias Selatan

About the role

The Program Coordinator will support the well‑being of vulnerable children and their families in Nias Selatan by implementing the ADP Plan with partners, ensuring high‑quality monitoring, reporting and compliance with partnership standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOP and IPF annual plans in line with organizational standards.
• Design and execute program strategies to meet donor, government and organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with the ADP Manager to identify funding gaps and propose budgets aligned with the ADP design.
• Facilitate completion of Program Quality Self Review (PQSR) and ensure documentation meets SOP & IPF standards.
• Provide technical advice and capacity‑building to ADP teams, local partners and community volunteers.
• Support emergency preparedness and response, ensuring coordinated delivery of assistance.

Required profile

• Experience in coordinating development or humanitarian programs.
• Ability to work with partners to implement program designs and monitor outcomes.
• Knowledge of SOP, IPF and partnership standards.
• Strong planning, budgeting and resource‑management skills.
• Willingness to support emergency response activities as needed.
