Alcon is seeking an Associate II to join its Quality Control Lab focusing on microbiology. The role involves handling complex laboratory tasks, ensuring environmental monitoring, and maintaining aseptic practices to support product validation and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced microbiological testing and environmental monitoring in the QC lab.
• Maintain aseptic techniques and microbiological controls throughout testing.
• Support product and process validation activities and product release decisions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and other departments to integrate lab results into production.
• Follow GxP regulations, SOPs, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Drive problem‑solving and innovation using scientific principles.
